| With Agriculture Land service, each member registered in Agrohunter platform has the opportunity to dispose of his Land or to search for someone else’s Land which is available for utilization. In this Service, 2 parts are distinguished: |

Land Owner & Land Investor

| Each member registered as Land Owner, has the ability to dispose of his Land for rental, sale or further utilization through contract farming. This can be done by entering his personal data and information about the piece of Land for disposal such as “area size, pictures, and exact point on the map”. |

| Each member registered as Land Investor, has the ability to be a Land Owner as well. What separates this part of the service is that as a Land Investor can search for available pieces of land, by county or municipality that may have investment interests. |

| The co-operation procedure between Land Owner and Land Investor is at the fluency that comes from both (2) parts and any agreement that takes place between these two (2). |
